Prices, payment methods, account access, and refund eligibility are determined by the store where you purchase a game. Use that store’s receipt, purchase history, and support process for transaction questions.

Fumble Duck Studios does not collect card or payment information through this website. We do not offer a separate refund promise here.

Problems with a game.

The studio can help investigate game bugs and build issues. Include the game, version, platform, and steps to reproduce the issue; leave out payment details.
